Focus is a classic pomodoro loop drawn as a progress ring: work sessions with short breaks between them. Phases advance on their own, and an optional chime marks every transition.

Switch long breaks on and one lands every few cycles; leave them off and the loop stays work, short break, work. Every duration is a setting, along with how many work sessions run before a long break. The gear on the card opens the settings with the running phase's duration already highlighted, so a session that is too long or too short is quick to correct. The timer state persists on every transition, so a reload or a reboot resumes mid-session instead of resetting. Start, pause, and reset live right on the card, and the session label is yours to change.
