The battery level of each connected Bluetooth device, as rings or bars, with earbud and case levels for AirPods

About this widget

Device Battery shows the battery level of every connected Bluetooth device, as ring gauges with the device icon in the middle or as rows with a meter. It reads the same level Windows shows in Settings, and when Windows has none it asks the device directly over its Bluetooth LE battery service. AirPods and Beats show the left earbud, the right earbud and the case on their own. Low levels turn to warning colors at 30 percent and danger at 15, and a bolt marks what charges.

Controllers, keyboards, mice, headsets and earbuds get a matching icon on their own. Click a device to give it a shorter name or pick another icon. Paired devices that are not connected stay in the list, dimmed, and each one can show only while connected instead. Both layouts grow with the widget, and with the Bluetooth radio off the widget says so and stops asking. Devices that send their level only to their maker's app show no level.
